Amid allegations of poll rigging, US worries about the fairness of the process and a technical glitch-related delay in declaring the complete results of Pakistan's general elections, at least one man is happy with the way things have gone in the troubled country.That man is Zhao Lijian, a senior Chinese diplomat in Pakistan, whom one Pakistani fan of his on Twitter calls "the unsung hero of CPEC (China-Pakistan Economic Corridor)".
