A PMLA appellate tribunal has set aside the attachments of flats owned by Biocon CMD Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw and NRI Vivek Mathias in Kingfisher Towers in Bengaluru, which were attached by the agency relating to its probe against fugitive liquor baron Vijay Mallya.
