The passports belonged to Sikh pilgrims who wanted to visit gurudwaras in Pakistan, including Kartarpur Sahib. MEA has now moved to revoke all missing passports. They were submitted to the Pak high commission in New Delhi by an agent for visa processing. Pakistan has denied that any of its officials was responsible.
