More surgical strikes coming? Budget session schedule sparks speculation

The Budget session has raised speculation in political circles that the govt is keen to make the session a purposeful one given the national elections. The govt might make a stab at bills like amendments to the Aadhaar Act passed by Lok Sabha and measures that do not require parliamentary sanction such as possible income support for farmers etc.
