CNN on the ground as ISIS' men surrender
In Syria, the fight to extinguish ISIS' self-declared caliphate is grinding down, but as the terror group's territory shrinks toward vanishing, their ideology has not been defeated. CNN's Ben Wedeman was on the ground as ISIS fighters surrendered.
