Dinesh Shankar, 41, San Jose, California, was sentenced last week for embezzling from a medical device company, US Attorney David L. Anderson and FBI special agent in charge John F. Bennett said. In addition to the prison sentence and restitution, Shankar was also ordered to serve a three-year term of supervised release which will begin on May 1.
