JeM chief Masood Azhar had entered India on Jan 29, 1994, on a forged Portuguese passport in the name of Vali Adam Issa with a valid Indian visa from Dhaka. These disclosures were made by Azhar following his arrest in Anantnag on Feb 11, 1994.
