Sunita (name changed), who was allegedly raped by 14 men in last 5 years and is being treated for her burns after she tried to immolate herself, wishes she was rather dead. “Nobody wants to go through this torture. But at least people will not rape me now that I am burnt,” she sobbed. Her story came to light when she alleged that UP cops repeatedly ignored her complaints.
