Venezuela's Maduro says Norway talks sought 'peaceful agenda' with opposition

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said on Friday that two of his envoys went to Norway this week to begin "exploration" into a dialogue with the opposition to "build a peaceful agenda."
