India on Monday earned a hard-fought 1-0 lead in the four-match Test series after registering a 31-run victory over Australia in the opening Test at the Adelaide Oval. And with this win India captain Virat Kohli also became the first Asian captain to win Tests in Australia, England and South Africa.
